At White Mountain Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid shipping label or a QR code for a printer-less drop-off experience.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and secure them inside a shipping box to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
